Basic Formula to make a Smoothie:-
- 2 to 3 parts fruit or vegetables (2 to 3 cups)
- 1 to 1 1/2 parts liquid (1 to 1 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 part yogurt (1/2cup)

Ingredients of Mixed fruit smoothie:-
- Banana – 2
- Papaya -1/2 part
- Orange – 1
- Cilantro (Sitaphul) -1
- Dates (Deseeded) -5
- Raisins (kismis) – 1Cup
- Red Apple -1
- Chia Seeds – 3Tbsp
- Jaggery – 2cups
- Soaked Almonds
- Milk – 1 Glass
Procedure for Mixed Fruit Smoothie Recipe:-
1.)First cut all fruits like papaya, apples, bananas, etc.
2.)Now add all the chopped fruits to a juicer or blender to blend well.
3.)Add liquid components like milk, coconut water, etc into the recipe.
4.)To enhance nutrition, add some dry fruits like raisins, almonds, cashews, and seeds like chia, pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower, etc.
5.)At last, pour some ice cubes into the glass if you want to serve the mixed fruit smoothie recipe chilled.
6.)You can also drink without adding ice cubes since highly cooled drinks are harmful to our bodies.
Step-by-Step :-
Step1:-Take 1 Papaya, cut it into two halves, peel out the skin and deseed it. Here we use only 1/2 part of the papaya. Cut the papaya into small chunks and put it in the juicer.
Step 2: Add 1 cup of Raisins and deseeded Dates. Add 1 cup of Jaggery, overnight soaked Chia seeds. Also, take an apple, cut it into small pieces, and put all these ingredients into the juicer.
Step 3: Take 1 Custard apple (Sitaphul) and deseed it. Also take overnight soaked Cashew nuts, Almonds, and 1 banana and put them into the juicer. To add some sweetness add 1 cup of Jaggery. You can also add Raw Honey instead of Jaggery.
Step 4: Add 1 glass of milk. I used Indian Desi-Cow milk as it is more nutritious and healthy here. You can add any milk you desired.
Adding all ingredients like Papaya, Dates, Raisins, Banana, Almonds, Apple, Cashews, Chia seeds, Milk, Sitaphul or Custard apple, and Jaggery into the juicer.
Step 5: Blend all the ingredients well in the juicer. Now pour the juice into a glass. Add 2 tbsp of soaked chia seeds, some raisins, crushed cashew, and almonds as toppings for the mixed fruit smoothie recipe.
