Beverage | This refreshing blend of sweet raspberries, juicy peaches and yogurt puts the “smooth” in smoothie. Add a dash of Splenda if it’s too tart for your taste

Ingredients:
6 oz plain fat-free yogurt
1 medium peach(es), pitted and sliced, or 1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches, thawed
1/2 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
1/4 tsp vanilla extract



Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve. (Note: For a thicker smoothie, add 1/4 cup of ice cubes before blending.)
